At Sleepwiser, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
30-Day Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing with our fulfillment partner and cannot be cancelled.
